The Rockport Cape offers 1,374 square feet of first-floor living, or 1,950 square feet with the garage option. When selected, the garage also includes an optional breezeway connecting it to the home.

As you enter, the foyer welcomes you with a hallway straight ahead leading to the dining room. To the right, a spacious family room provides a comfortable gathering area, while to the left, the staircase sits beside the living room.

From the dining room, the layout flows naturally into the kitchen on the right, which also connects back to the family room. Just beyond the kitchen, the breakfast nook offers casual dining space and access to the breezeway and laundry room.

Meanwhile, a hallway to the left of the dining room leads to the private areas of the home. This corridor connects to the living room and continues to a full bathroom and the first-floor bedroom at the end of the hall.
