What is a Modular Building?
A modular building is a custom-designed structure built in sections called modules. We construct the modules in our off-site production facility, then deliver them to your site and set them on a permanent foundation.
We complete about 95% of the construction before shipment. Once the modules are on-site, our team joins them together to create a single, cohesive building. The modules can be stacked, placed side-by-side, or end-to-end, allowing a wide variety of layouts and styles. Modular buildings meet the same or higher building code standards as traditional site-built homes.
