Setting a Modular Home

Ever wonder how a custom built modular home is assembled and finished when it arrives on the building site?  To answer this question and help you understand the importance of finding a good builder who understands the modular industry, we have put together a pictorial slide show for you to view.  This will help to explain the process a modular home goes through when being completed. The modular home setting process takes a full day with multiple units being placed by the crane and crew on a pre-poured concrete basement foundation or crawl space. By the end of the day your new customized modular home is completely dried-in (weather-proof). From this point finishing your home to occupancy will take another four (4) to six (6) weeks.
