Q:  Can I buy direct from you and eliminate the builder?
A:   We are sorry, but we do not sell direct to consumers.  Click here to find a builder in your area.

 
Q:  Can I get a a tour of your factory?
A:  Yes, but we ask that you please contact your builder to set a date & time.  Factory tours are only available by appointment through your builder.  You may also tour our factory online by clicking here.
 
Q:  What type of homes do you build?
A:  We build almost any style of home, including ranch, bi-level, cape, two-story, contemporary, multi-family, custom, etc…
 
Q:  What kind of materials go into your modular homes?
A:  We build our homes with quality, name-brand products and materials that you know and trust.
 
Q:  Can you give me a price on a particular home?
A:  Because we do not sell direct to consumers, we cannot quote pricing to you.
 
Q:  Do your homes come with a warranty?
A:  Our homes come with a standard one year warranty.  Some individual product warranties may be longer.  Our homes are also available with a 10 year structural warranty.
 
Q:  Can I receive a catalog showing the different style homes you build?
A:  Certainly, a catalog can be sent to you by clicking here or you can visit our showcase of homes to view our sample homes, specifications, floor plans or download literature but keep in mind almost anything is possible with a modular home.
 
Q:  Can you build a custom home I saw somewhere else?
A:  This very well may be possible.  Your home builder would be glad to look at the plans and verify if it can be built modular.
 
Q:  How long does it take to build my home?
A:  It usually takes 5-6 days to build your home in our factory.  The lead times may vary depending on site work.  Please check with your builder for a more accurate time frame.
