Our company began operation in our Middleburg,
Pennsylvania facility in March of 2000, with production beginning in
April of the same year. Our Middleburg facility comprises of
approximately 200,000 square feet of manufacturing area, which is
located on 44 acres.
I also am pleased to announce the opening of a second
modular home manufacturing facility in Mt. Gilead, North
Carolina. In May of 2004, PBS of North Carolina began manufacturing
homes in its 150,000 square foot facility.
Put together with the highest degree of experience,
dedication, and professionalism, our organization looks forward to a
future of tremendous growth. The executives and plant employees,
gathered together as one unit, comprise the best manufacturing force
in the modular industry today.
Professional Building Systems, Inc. has a firm belief
that every family deserves the opportunity to own a home. To help
accomplish this, we offer many different models and floor plans,
from ranches to capes to high-end two story homes. Complete
customization during construction allows us to build homes to meet
many different specifications.
As our builder base continues to grow, we will seek
the advice, experience and feedback from all of our builders from
their years of dedication in the field. These suggestions will
only help to improve our company and the products we offer. We
believe quality, craftsmanship, and customization will place our
builders in the upper end of all competitors in their respective
market areas.
