We have our sales representatives based directly in our Middleburg, PA headquarters, which allows us to offer outstanding customer service to our builders.  With training on all aspects of home design, from engineering to the actual construction process, our sales staff is able to offer fast response times on questions, floor plan capabilities, sales quotes and preliminary drawings.
 
We stay apprised of the latest trends and technology in home design and construction so that we are able to offer homes that have modern floor plans and layouts, are affordable and also well built. Browse through our showcase of homes to see a sampling of the homes that we offer or show us the prints you already have, as we are able to design most homes modular.  We also offer complete customization on any of the homes shown in our gallery so you are able to have the features and floor plan that you want in your new home.
 
We currently sell our custom built modular homes only in the following states: Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Florida, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, and West Virginia.
